More than either of our other cities, Norman yards are honestly two lawns: Bermuda in the sun, fescue under the trees. Our system records turf type per lawn and treats each on its own calendar — because summer nitrogen that feeds the front-yard Bermuda would cook the backyard fescue.
Fescue owners: fall is your season, and it comes with a decision — overseed or pre-emergent, never both. We plan each Norman fescue lawn's fall individually in August.

Do you work near campus / with rentals?
Yes — including landlord-managed properties. Per-visit billing with documented applications works cleanly for rentals, and there's no contract to transfer between tenants.
Is Norman's water restriction schedule a problem for the program?
No — the program is built around deep, infrequent watering, which fits odd-even and restricted schedules fine. We'll give you the watering pattern that matches your visit calendar.
