Neighborhood route rate
$69 / application
When multiple homes on your street are on the program, everyone on that street gets the neighborhood rate. Less drive time for us, lower price for you — we pass route efficiency back to the people who create it.
Founding customers lock $69 permanently — first 100 lawns.
Larger than 5,000 sq ft? We quote by measured square footage — request a quote and we'll measure from aerial imagery before we ever knock. One-time services (a single weed knockdown, pre-emergent only, nutsedge treatment) are available without enrolling.

Is there a contract?
No. You pay per application after each visit is completed. Pause or cancel anytime — though the founding $69 rate only stays locked while you remain on the program.
What counts as a standard yard?
Up to 5,000 square feet of treated turf — lawn area only, not your lot size. Most homes in Moore, south OKC, and Norman fall under this. Larger lawns are quoted by square footage.
What if weeds show up between visits?
We come back and retreat free. That is the program guarantee, and it's possible because our routes are dense — a free stop on a street we already service costs us minutes, not an afternoon.
How does billing work?
Your card on file is charged after each completed visit — $79 (or $69 neighborhood rate) per application. You'll receive a summary of exactly what was applied with every charge.
Founding spots are open for the 2027 season.
