Terms of Service

The service
Fairway Weed Control provides lawn treatment services — fertilization, weed control, and related applications — on an annual program (typically eight visits) or as individual one-time services. Programs are matched to your grass type; the visit calendar published on this site describes the standard program and may be adjusted for your lawn's conditions, weather, and agronomic judgment.
Pricing & billing
Program pricing is per application: $79 per visit for a standard yard (up to 5,000 square feet of treated turf), or as quoted by square footage for larger lawns. There is no contract: you are billed per visit, after the visit is completed, to your payment method on file. One-time services are billed at their quoted price on completion. Prices for future seasons may change with notice — except as provided under the founding rate below.
Founding rate
Founding customers (limited to the first 100 enrolled lawns) receive the $69 neighborhood rate per application. This rate remains locked for as long as the property stays continuously enrolled in the program. If enrollment is cancelled, the founding rate ends and re-enrollment is at then-current pricing. The founding rate applies to the enrolled property and standard program visits; it does not apply to one-time services or add-on services.
The retreatment guarantee
If weeds covered by your program break through between scheduled visits, we will retreat the affected areas at no charge. The guarantee applies to actively enrolled program customers, covers the treated turf areas of the enrolled property, and is subject to reasonable scheduling. It does not cover conditions outside the program's scope (for example, disease treatment, or weed types requiring services you have declined), lawns whose cultural care (mowing, watering) prevents product performance, or one-time services.
Scheduling, weather & access
Visit timing follows the program calendar and weather. Applications may be rescheduled for rain, wind, or temperature — this protects your lawn and is required for label-compliant application. You agree to provide reasonable access to the lawn on service days (unlocked gates or provided codes, pets secured). If we cannot access the lawn on a scheduled visit, we'll attempt to reschedule; repeated missed access may be billed as a visit.
Your part
Lawn results are a partnership: product performance depends on mowing height, watering, and general lawn care between visits. We'll give you clear guidance for your grass type; results may vary where that guidance isn't followed or where site conditions (heavy shade, compaction, drainage) limit what any treatment can do. We'll always tell you honestly what your lawn can and can't achieve.
Licensing & records
Applications are performed by a licensed Oklahoma commercial applicator (ODAFF). We maintain records of every application — product, EPA registration number, rate, target, and conditions — as required by Oklahoma law, and a summary is available to you for your property.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the visit(s) giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not permit such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

By providing your contact information, you agree we may contact you about your quote, scheduled service, and account by phone, text, or email. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
General
