What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, service address, email, phone number, and details about your lawn (such as grass type). If you become a customer, we also keep records of your service history — visits, products applied, and billing records — and property details needed to service your lawn (square footage, access notes).
How we use it
To prepare your quote, schedule and perform service, communicate with you about your lawn and account, comply with Oklahoma pesticide record-keeping law, and improve our services. If you submit a quote request, we will contact you about that request by phone, text, or email.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who make our business run — website hosting, our customer database, payment processing (handled by Stripe on their secure systems; we never store card numbers), and communication tools — each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, general location, device type). This involves cookies and similar technologies. You can limit this through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
Text messages
If you provide a phone number, we may text you about your quote or scheduled service. Message frequency varies with your service; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
Retention & your choices
We keep customer and application records at least as long as Oklahoma law requires (pesticide application records: minimum two years) and as needed for tax and business purposes. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we aren't legally required to keep — email hello@fairwayweedcontrol.com.
