Nitrogen is where lawn companies differ most — and where the difference shows. Our Bermuda program delivers 3.5–4.0 lb of actual nitrogen per 1,000 sq ft per season, in slow-release forms, split across the months Bermuda can actually use it. Zoysia gets roughly 2–2.5 lb on a gentler curve. Fescue gets its feeding flipped to fall, because summer nitrogen in an Oklahoma July is how fescue dies.

July gets special handling on warm-season lawns: nitrogen backs off in extreme heat, and iron plus potassium carry color and stress tolerance instead. It's the difference between a lawn that survives August and one that looks good doing it.

Central Oklahoma's clay soils hold nutrients well but run alkaline — which changes what your lawn can absorb. Our program accounts for it, and soil testing is available where a lawn isn't responding the way it should.
